On Friday evening 2 carloads of families and friends headed for a new shopping center for the rich!! We only bought a couple of items, but did enjoy asai (the healthy fruit) ice dessert and coffee. This photo is Max and Wem as the toured the theater mezzanine. A couple of good shows are soon to arrive and they will probably plan another night out to see Ice Age III. We took Claudia in our car and Tharso and family took Joanne. Joanne has been a missionary for over 20 years, 17 years in Africa, and now is in charge of the library and teaching at Montes Claros. She is from Mecca, OHIO!! Yes, it is a real place. She gets lots of wierd looks when she just says she is from Mecca.
