In 2012 sis (Carol A) said, "Let's go visit the aunts in Wayne". So we did and when we couldn't find Delores in her room, we went to the activity center where she was playing bingo. She played her own card and helped the young girl to her right play hers, too. Sis is watching (black shirt and camera bag).
The picture was taken by a member of the female rugby team at Wayne State College. She is a physical therapist aid who plays rugby for Wayne State.
Dee was in good spirits that day in late 2012.
Our conversations with LaVonne during our west coast trip indicated that Dee was not as good as we found her this day. But it was still a surprise (yes, truly a surprise, as we were driving at 80mph eastward on I-90 in South Dakota) when Mrs Dennis Lutt called on our cell phone (try to get the darn thing out of your pocket with the seat belt across your lap!!) to tell us that Dee had died.
WE WILL MISS YOU AUNT DELORES.
