This flower suddenly appeared in the east garden. What do you think it is?? It has cascading white petals with long almost invisible stamens -pistols??? terminating in a yellow skinny oval.
We had dinner at Anna's and pastor Roche's on Sunday. Carol would have really (NOT) enjoyed the okra and chicken with a hint of saffron. Polenta and spinach - strawberry salad rounded out the meal. It was really hot when we took this picture, but the house was cool and enjoyable.
